Neutral tones ground the furnishings and rugs, accented by tan, black, and gray, in a nod to the owner’s love of the James Perse aesthetic. Simplified graphic patterns add contrast and definition, while colorful art—curated through California galleries—extends the West Coast influence. Designed in collaboration with de Reus Architects and DLC Builders, the new build offers a relaxed resort lifestyle for the owners and their adult children.
