With a background in interior design and graphic design, Fatima brings a thoughtful, refined approach to each project, crafting spaces that blend elegance with a sense of place.
Natalia specializes in hospitality design. With a Master in Travel and Tourism and Foreign Cultures and Arts, her European background has given her a unique perspective when designing for brands like Four Seasons, Starwood, and Kimpton. Spearheading FDG’s expansion into Lake Tahoe, she focuses on creating memorable, sustainable, and wellness-driven experiences.
Born in São Paulo, Karen is a Brazilian architect and designer with a keen eye for detail. Her path—from real estate development to studies at UC Berkeley and an immersive experience in hospitality design with a top architecture and landscape design firm—has shaped her intuitive, well-rounded approach, which she now brings to FDG.
Eric takes a thoughtful, holistic approach across several disciplines of architecture and interior design, always prioritizing the client’s needs. With a diverse background in commercial, healthcare, residential design and real estate development, he brings a creative problem-solving mindset and a deep curiosity, ensuring a continuous pursuit of learning and integrated design solutions.
Antonia’s ethos celebrates textiles, art, and her native Indonesia. A graduate of California College of the Arts, she received the Highest Distinction in Interior Design and an award from the Angelo Donghia Foundation. She refined her skills at a large master planning firm and with independent clients, and brings a global aesthetic to every project.
Born in England and raised in Botswana, Adam is a Nigerian architectural designer passionate about creating functional spaces. His background is shaped by travel and his studies at the Academy of Art University, and he brings analytical precision to every design. His work has earned recognition at San Francisco Design Week and through the SFHDC Everyday Hero awards.
An architectural designer from Southern China, Zoe began her journey in the San Francisco Bay Area, earning a Bachelor of Architecture from the Academy of Art University. Having contributed to residential and commercial projects, she thrives on collaborating with clients and colleagues to exceed expectations and bring shared visions to life.
Linda, an American-born designer with Hmong heritage, is committed to sustainability and creating spaces that enhance lives. With expertise in high-end residential and hospitality projects, she previously interned with Design SI and the Rebuild Paradise Foundation, helping to provide affordable floor plans for survivors of the 2018 Northern California Camp Fire.
Originally from Ukraine, Juliet began her career as an architect before discovering her true passion for design. Focusing on minimalism, midcentury style, and cultural influences, her designs blend aesthetics and functionality, creating elegant, comfortable spaces that prioritize ease and simplicity.
Originally from southern Arizona and of Mexican heritage, Steven brings a background in community advocacy and an appreciation for geographical influences on art and design. At FDG, he values the collaborative environment and contributes creatively to all project phases from schematics to installation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies and Spanish from the University of Arizona.
Rachel, a Korean American designer, brings a fresh perspective and creative energy to FDG. With a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, she stays attuned to evolving design trends and draws inspiration from architecture and art. She’s committed to learning and blending aesthetics with functional, forward-thinking design.
Urja earned her architecture degree in her native India before pursuing a Master’s in Interior Architecture at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Drawing from her love of drawing, painting, and pottery, she brings a hands-on, creative approach to her work. She began her career at Hart Howerton, contributing to hospitality projects and developing a thoughtful approach that blends architecture and interior design.
Sloan, a Tulane University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Design, draws inspiration from her time spent in New Orleans and a family rooted in design and construction. With experience across interiors, fashion, and jewelry design, she brings a passion for spaces that evoke feeling. Her curiosity and enthusiasm infuse every project with a thoughtful perspective.
Originally from Serbia, Mirjana brings more than 15 years of experience in public accounting to her role at FDG. With a background in finance and economics, she offers a detail-oriented approach and a deep understanding of business operations. A lifelong admirer of design, she’s always eager to merge her analytical expertise with her personal passion for interiors, supporting the creative process with diligence and care.
Aleksandra is a Polish-born interior design student at California College of the Arts with a refined aesthetic informed by culture and craftsmanship. Before design school, she explored custom cabinetry and interiors, developing a strong sense of materials, proportion and spatial flow. A recipient of the LIT Lighting Design Award, Aleksandra brings a fresh perspective to each project she supports at FDG.
