Artistic Beach Escape

We designed this contemporary Palm Beach retreat to reflect the owner’s personal taste while honoring the home’s Mediterranean Revival roots. Traditional detailing was replaced with minimalist casework and trim, and we opened up the rooms to allow for better flow. Restraint guided our approach, yet artistry and craftsmanship are ever present—from straw marquetry by Ateliers Lison de Caune in the primary bedroom to a Chuck Close self-portrait that brings drama to the entry. French doors connect indoor living spaces to summer gardens, creating a vacation home equally suited to quiet moments and social gatherings. Photography by Esto – David Sundberg

Sculptural Sky-High Sanctuary

Set high above Miami Beach in the iconic Faena House by Sir Norman Foster, this guest penthouse makes a statement with sculptural furnishings, layered textures, and ocean-toned hues used as a neutral. We reimagined the sky-high retreat to host family and friends, enhancing the connection between the indoor spaces and the outdoor floating terraces. Framed by panoramic views, a contemporary, clean palette showcases museum-worthy works from the likes of Mark Bradford and Jasper Johns, echoing Faena’s creative ethos and the electric energy of Miami.

Artful Living in the Clouds

Located within the Museum Tower by Zaha Hadid, in the heart of Brickell’s vibrant metropolitan scene, this destination penthouse serves as a bachelor pad, entertaining space, and city escape. To reflect the building’s masterful expression of creativity, art, and design—as well as the owner’s passion for hosting—we created a club-like experience through integrated lighting, luxurious materials, and distinct zones for gathering, including an open kitchen and family room, and a living area with a custom bar. Sculptural and crafted from cast glass to evoke an iceberg, the bar’s dynamic form pays homage to Hadid’s signature style.

Glamour with a View

A part-time residence in the Waldorf Astoria Chicago, this once-traditional penthouse called for a strong point of view and a timeless sense of glamour, always with comfort at the forefront. We curated artisanal furnishings and finishes with a masculine edge, creating a sensory palette of luxury linens, mohair, bronze and exotic woods in monochromatic schemes. Designed with a sense of flow and progression, each room connects to views of the city skyline. In the entry, a custom hand-cast glass table displays a Helmut Newton monograph—an evocative nod to the owner’s taste and the residence’s contemporary, cosmopolitan character.

Après-Ski Retreat

Aspen’s blend of sophistication and spirited adventure sets the tone for this idyllic residence, where bespoke furnishings extend seamlessly to the outdoor living spaces. Inspired by the alpine setting, we layered textures and earth tones to create visual contrast and understated elegance. Gallery-style hanging systems showcase the owners’ colorful art collection, and mixed materials like natural bronze, leather and soft cashmere enhance the sensory experience. Designed for family gatherings and après-ski relaxation, the home offers a serene retreat after a day on the slopes.
